Returns & Exchanges
At Amar Trendo, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Our dedicated team of professionals works hard every day to make your shopping experience seamless and special.
We understand that finding the perfect product isn’t always easy—and that’s why we’re here to help. However, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
• A 360-degree opening video of the parcel is mandatory when requesting a return or exchange.
• The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from all angles, without any cuts or edits.
• No requests will be accepted without this video.
Acceptable Reasons for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
• The product is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item.
• There is a sizing issue (only for size-based products).
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reasons.
Return & Pickup Process
• Customers must arrange their own courier or reverse pickup to send back the product
• Amar Trendo does not provide free pickups by default.
• A pickup request can be arranged by us within 7 working days, only if mutually agreed upon
Replacement & Exchange Policy
• We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy.
• Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will process the replacement.
• The replacement product will be delivered to you within 7 days of receiving the return.
Refund Policy
• We have a 7-day return policy (applicable for eligible cases).
• Once the return is approved and processed, the refund will be credited to your original bank account within 5–7 working days.
